Currently, we are looking for a Freelance UI/UX Designer (Part-Time) to join our team.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
- This is a part-time role for enterprise system design with a focus on providing high-quality design solutions while being proactive and communicative throughout the process;
- Project tools and processes are common to agile development teams (Jira, GitHub, Slack).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Collaborating with our team to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise systems and other projects;
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma;
- Gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to improve designs;
- Ensuring that designs align with the project’s functional and aesthetic goals;
- Delivering consistent, high-quality work within deadlines.
APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:
- 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise systems;
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tools;
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level design solutions;
- Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a part-time role;
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders;
- English must be Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- An opportunity to work in the Latvian timezone or near.
